Masala Bhangra®

Named one of the top 5 workouts in the US, The Masala Bhangra Workout® is derived from two Indian words: “Masala,” which means spicy in Hindi, and “Bhangra,” a traditional folk dance from the northern state of Punjab, India. The Masala Bhangra Workout® is a complete cardiovascular workout that blends traditional Bhangra dance steps with the exhilaration of Bollywood (Hindi film) moves. A certified fitness program supported by the fitness boards and devised by Sarina Jain, the workout provides overall toning, body conditioning and can build endurance, stamina and balance, in addition to burning up to 500 calories per class (depending on the individual). Every class portion is easy to follow and can be modified to the comfort level of the participant, making it accessible to all fitness levels.

This class is for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, little to no
modifications will be given. We will push your body to the Extreme using plyo boxes, ropes, ladders, sandbags, and more! If you are looking to push your body to its Limits and ask for more, this is the class for you!

This might just be the hardest fitness program ever. Your trainer will push you past your limits! Insanity® is packed with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab and core training moves. No equipment or weights needed. Just the will to get the hardest body you’ve ever had.



It moves quickly: Power Yoga is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. A traditional Ashtanga practice follows the same series of poses and makes you hold each for five breaths before moving through a Vinyasa. Power Yoga classes move with an even faster rhythm. There are very few moments of being in a pose and getting the feeling that it’s taking forever. Soon enough, you’ll be out and moving on to the next Asana.

It’s great for strength training: Other forms of yoga may be ideal for flexibility and meditation, but in Power Yoga, you lift and hold your entire body’s weight constantly. These classes incorporate a serious number of Vinyasas, and they’re definitely going to get your entire body into gear. For one, your arms will definitely feel the BURN from all those Chaturangas!



Who said cardio has to be boring? Our cycling classes are exciting and challenging. Our instructors will take you through a new terrain every week and customize an AMAZING soundtrack for your workout. Our cycling classes will increase your energy, cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength. Our classes are for EVERYONE, from beginner to advanced- you are in control of your own workout. Pedal fast and increase your resistance for an insane fat-burning workout OR you can totally fake it and take an easy ride on your recovery days. Regardless, your heart and lungs will benefit, as well as your gluteus maximus, hamstrings and quadriceps. Basically , you WILL BURN fat and calories.

Kettlebell training is different than other forms of weight training because many parts of the body are exercised simultaneously, and in addition kettlebell training elevates the heart rate for effective cardiovascular training.

Kettlebells can be used in ballistic (explosive) swinging movements utilizing the whole body along with momentum or used in more traditional press and squat exercises. The displacement of the weight from the hand requires that the stabilizing muscles engage more with each movement and therefore requiring more muscle firing at once. Kettlebell exercises are whole-body exercises requiring full body integration and core stabilization. There is no such thing as isolated muscle work in kettlebell training.


Take heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun!  Each song will focus on a main muscle group, while still maintaining a whole body workout.

TABATA, Cardio Kickboxing with toning and STEP®

Tabata: Short, Sweet and to the Point! 20 seconds of explosive movement of cardio and/or weight training followed by 10 of rest for a total of 8 sets per Cycle. Every week Joann focuses on a different part of the body. Definitely a calorie burner!

Cardio Kickboxing with Toning: Joann created this workout especially for Limitless- “Tae Kwon Do inspired punch, block, kick combinations set to heart pumping music followed by multi-muscle toning exercises for a total body workout.”

STEP®: The popular class of the 90’s is back with a modern flair! Joann will reintroduce the step class with simple, fun choreography that is easy to follow on and off the step. Joann is a Step Reebok certified instructor and was a part of the Step demo team for Bally Total Fitness from 1995 to 1997.


BURN and BootyCamp

Patricia’s Burn, is a high impact, total body strenth and conditioning class! Its designed to melt fat, burn calories and transform your body!

BootyCamp is a body contouring workout predominantly focused on glutes and abs. This class integrates kettle bell training with lower body pilates and target toning mat work to burn maximum calories, while simultaneously lifting, firming, and toning every inch of your butt.
